East Bay Gives 2016: Tuesday, May 3rd

Screen Shot 2016-04-28 at 8.00.27 AMTuesday, May 3rd, the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic is joining “East Bay Gives 2016″, a 24 hour giving event hosted by the East Bay Community Foundation. This is the chance for you and your friends to give locally to support the work we all do. Last year we were able to raise $19,000 in 24 hours with a matching grant of $20,000!

How to donate? Please urge your friends and family to give during the hours of 6:00 and 7:00 pm if possible, because CMC can win additional cash prizes. But any time during the 24 hour period, a gift is needed and welcomed. Visit our East Bay Gives Page to make your secure, online donation.

By giving this way, you are making sure you give locally and are joining thousands of donors in the East Bay, all supporting causes close to their hearts. This event helps over 360 non profits in the East Bay. It’s a day of celebration, hope and fun…please join us!

The East Bay Gives Page will start taking donations at 12:01am on May 3, 2016.

Charlotte's Story

The Charlotte Maxwell Clinic is named in honor of Charlotte Maxwell, who died of ovarian cancer in 1988. Charlotte strongly believed that the integrative cancer care that enhanced the quality of her life in her last months should be accessible to all Bay Area low-income, underserved women with cancer.
